Using Breadcrumbs (MPBackLinks.js) in a Subdirectory

I Love the capabilities of this script so far I've been able to customizing it to suit my own need for the most part except now I'm stuck on this Issue. How can i make it start from a sub directory and make it ignore starting from the // part of the url.

I am trying to run it locally for an intranet and it keeps going all the way to the main drive, is there any way to prevent this?
