MPBackLinks.js: Breadcrumbs links not working

Hi,
I am using the MPBackLinks.js script in HTML. The script is running fine but I am getting link on the "Home" part of the breadcrumb only. While I navigate into other pages, I see the page names(in the breadcrumb) but no links appear to those page names. Did I miss any settings for this? Can anyone please help me with this?
