Hi there,
I have successfully installed ProcessForm and it works perfectly on my test server. However, when I upload it to my webhost and test it there the form is processed and the input emailed to me but it is not formatted properly (ie there is no line spacing, it is just all strung together). Even worse the attachment which comes through is in some kind of strange code and not as a word document or whatever was originally submitted.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks,
Karen

Hi Karen,
That sounds odd. Got anything I can look at? It would help to post a link to your form page. Also, if you can send me a copy of what the raw source is for the email, that would probably help. You can send that as an attachment or pasted in as text here:

Hi
Here is the link to the form: http://www.smartpixel.co.nz/Excel/Register.html.
Please excuse my ignorance but what do you mean by the raw source for the email? Do you want a copy of the email I receive after submitting the form?
Thanks for looking into this for me!!

From your email program, can you redirect a copy of the email to me (instead of forward, since it'll retain more of the headers that way)? I set up a temporary email address you can use:
test5@mindpalette.com
I sent a test form submission a few minutes ago. You can just redirect that one to me if you want. Or, if it's easier, you can add that address temporarily into the recipients list.

Re: Attachments not working
Did you ever come up with a solution to this? I am experiencing the same problem...
http://5starwindowcare.com/Apply.php
I'm still in the preliminary testing mode, but it's obvious that it's doing the same thing.
Also, I tried using CAPTCHA and it would successfully submit (all except the attachment of course).

Just checking in... any resolution?
I've got it now accepting the attachments, but they are incomplete or corrupt when they arrive in the inbox... very strange.
